Day 7-- Lazy Saturday food

Breakfast
I made more of the oatmeal I had earlier this week.  I really prefer the digestibility of soaked oatmeal to non, but I think the texture of non soaked might be a bit better.  I'll have to keep playing with my method until I get it absolutely perfect for me.

Lunch
I finished off the carton of Trader Joes Latin Black Bean Soup and had some goat cheese and crackers.

Supper
Leftovers again!  Chicken Tikki Masala over rice.

Snack
Air-Popped popcorn misted with olive oil and sprinkled with salt and nutritional yeast.

I just realized I didn't have a single fresh fruit or veggie today other than a glass of juice!
