Day 17 -- Two and a Half Meals

September 17th

Meal One:
I had some leftover oatmeal.  I also enjoyed a smoothie I made with about a cup of frozen mixed berries with cherries, 8 oz POM juice, 6 ice cubes, and a third cup or so of goat yogurt. I added a squirt of lemon juice to brighten the flavor.  It was tasty, but a bit too heavy on the yogurt.

Meal Two
Mom made a chicken, onion, yellow pepper soy sauce stir-fry.  I had it over those no-calorie noodles.  It was pretty good. The noodles are like glass noodles in texture, but it is strange for me to eat food that is nutritionally void.

Snack

Lucy's Brownie Cakes 

I had a pack of these for a snack.  They were pretty tasty for packaged gluten-free foods.
