Day 10 -- Eating out of the Fridge

Oops!  I missed one!

September 10th

Breakfast
I finally finished off my oatmeal!  It is amazing how that stuff multiplies...

Lunch
I grilled up some steak and chicken breast for the week.  I ate part of one of the steaks with a salad of greens, tomatoes, avocados, and cucumber.

Supper
I had a bowl of my Pho.  I also had some goat cheese on crackers for a bit of protein.  This most recent chevre purchase was very sweet, flavorful, and creamy!  Sometimes it isn't as good as it could be...

Snack
Air-Popped Popcorn misted with olive oil and sprinkled with salt and nutritional yeast.
