Day 16 -- Meals at Home

September 16th

We tend to love leftovers.  We cook a large enough portion at dinner for lunch the next day or so.  Ergo, I eat a lot of the same thing over the week.

Breakfast
I had some of the Steel Cut oats recipe  I posted at the beginning of this 30 day blogging challenge.  I didn't soak it ahead of time, and I think I prefer the soaking method for digestibility.

Lunch
Leftover Spaghetti

Supper

I had a salad with avocado, cucumber, and a bit of goat cheese. 

Snack
Air-popped popcorn with olive oil and nutritional yeast.
