Day 11 -- Still eating leftovers!
September 11th
Breakfast
Peanut Butter Puffins with unsweetened almond milk. This is by far my favorite cereal!
Lunch
Finished off the Pho.
Supper
A BIG salad with tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, nutritional yeast, and a homemade mustard, soy sauce, and olive oil dressing. Some crackers and cheese on the side!
Snack
A bowl of Joe's O's with unsweetened almond milk and a sprinkle of sucanat for sweetening.
I am realizing how often I eat the same thing over and over. It must be a case of the leftovers combined with a current lack in kitchen creativity! Do you ever get in a food rut?
